Privacy Policy

We collect only what the service needs to run.

What we store

• Your account details: business name, contact name, email.
• The faxes themselves (as PDFs) and their metadata (numbers, page counts, timestamps) — that's the product: your dashboard shows them to you. Documents are stored encrypted at rest.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.

What we don't do

• No selling or sharing of data with third parties.
• No reading, mining, or analyzing the contents of your faxes.
• No analytics trackers on this site.

Faxes are deleted on request, and everything is deleted when you close your account. Fax transmission is carried by Telnyx (their privacy policy).
